To have the knowledge of where everything came from, how it all began, and what the ending could very well be like, is both a blessing and a curse. As mere human beings, we don’t have the mental capacity to comprehend just the purpose of everything we see and hear around us.
In The Kingdom of the Heavens: The Story of God, author Eliu Cortes provides firsthand insight on the true of the world and people, by sharing the perspective of an important storyteller who has been appointed the responsibility to write this “new book.” The reader is gaining clarity as to what steps occurred to change the universe into what it is today. In particular, two individuals are mentioned throughout because they are what makes or breaks how humans carry out their sense of spirituality.
Everyone learns just how it all started, with Angel Lucifer, the Leader of the Elders, first step towards his rebellion against God the Father. Discovering the protocol of Fiery Stones cleanse that all Angels must do, prior to entering the Great Temple, plays a key part in the fall of the Holy Kingdom. There are three sacred texts that are most profound in Heaven and are known as the Forbidden Books. With these books comes great protection and limitations, if anyone doesn’t follow the rules that are in place, everyone will suffer. Witnessing the way Lucifer went about persuading the Elders to not inform God of the disturbances that have happened, immediately felt like a glance into the earliest stages of his rebellion. Of course, the two-hundred-million-year war in heaven didn’t just stop there, it seeped into Earth because of Lucifer’s Angelic access to the world. Reading that only God holds the power to redeem the universe will allow you to connect the dots as to how it all makes sense.
When I began reading this book, I went in thinking I was going to find out what is to happen to us in the future. To my amazement, I learned even more than expected and wanted to soak up as much information as possible. Getting a full description of what the inside of Heaven looks like, it is indeed glorious and beautiful as from the Bible but I felt as if I were there. Author Eliu Cortes has opened my eyes to the many possibilities that only Heaven offers and through his written words, everyone can be encouraged to getting themselves in order for redemption. The story-teller is right, these words cannot be found anywhere in holy scriptures and I personally believe it was necessary for it to be this way because there’s a right time for everything.
An easy to read and understand, this book grants everyone a fair chance at learning more than what we’ve studied in our entire lives. Putting two and two together has made life more comprehensible, even though we still must use the gift of discernment; this is as close to knowing than ever before. We should all know what happened, how we ended up here, and what is yet to come.
Not once was I disappointed as each page contains information that should be absorbed, saved for the right time when it would be needed. I feel blessed to have had the opportunity to read The Kingdom of the Heavens: The Story of God and I’m excited to recommend this to everyone.
