Passionate Spirit by author Sandy Shores is at its core a love story full of love, lust, and
yes, passion. It is set against the story of the Jacksons and their successors, an
incredibly wealthy family who arrived in America long before the Revolutionary War.
Their fortune stemmed from devious skullduggery, unbeknownst to everyone without
their clan and most within it, though they ultimately became well-respected icons of the
American capitalistic system.

A current member of the family, who can see the past and receive knowledge of the
present in ways beyond the typical range of human senses, tells their narrative, which
includes a haunting of a sexual kind which has long been a well-held family secret. Her
primary concentration is on a story about two soulmates whose great love for one
another transcends the mortal human body, albeit they enjoy the pleasures of the flesh
whenever feasible. This multigenerational drama will introduce the reader to a cast of
fascinating people, each of whom is driven by passion in their unique way.

The author uses several forms of style to bring the story into a new light. The use of
direct speech helps the reader to be immersed in the world of the characters. Apart from
this, there is a vivid description which allows the readers to feel involved in the story as
it unfolds; the readers feels the passion, the stress, and the immense feelings of the
characters. The book is sure to appeal to lovers of erotica and fiction. The book is
intended for mature readers and is full of twists and turns that ensure the reader doesn’t
just phase through the book but provides the reader takes time to savor the intricate
details of the story. However, if implemented in the next book, several changes could
make it a masterpiece.

One of these suggestions is the development of more characters. Even though
interacting with the two main protagonists is a worthwhile experience, it can be
overwhelming at times. Apart from this, first-person narration in the next book would be
accepted with open arms since it is a pleasant change from the continuous third-person
narration. Passionate Spirit will invoke a mixture of emotions in the reader.
Passionate Spirit by author Sandy Shores promises to engage the reader from start to
finish. The reader will get a chance not only to immerse themselves in the world of
fantasy and find situations within the book that relate to real-life experiences.
