Author Thaddeus Faulknor examines the dynamics of this industry in a detailed and well-explained manner across the chapters. Some of the topics he discusses include the importance of choosing a realtor, how to choose a target home in one’s price range, things to look out for when buying a home including identifying defects that could incur huge repair bills – among others.
