It covers a wide range of topics in order to prepare future leaders to serve God’s kingdom to the fullest and most effective extent possible.

Every person has the capacity to lead from birth, according to Ewuosho, and when this capacity is developed, it offers a far higher level of fulfillment than many other endeavors. He believes that the truest description of leadership is as follows: inspiration spurred by passion, vision formed by conviction, and fired by purpose.
