personal photos allowed the reader to experience the heartwarming moments the author shared with her beloved pets, and the artistic way the author depicted the pets’ emotions and glee at opening their Christmas presents was succinctly captured in this short yet moving read.
This is the perfect read for those who enjoy a blend of photography, dog care, pet parenting, and a touch of holiday magic. As a pet owner myself, I loved how the author captured that touching and emotional moment when a pet expresses their overwhelming delight at receiving a new toy or present, and personally loved the different reactions that Jake and Peaches both had to their gifts throughout this personal narrative the author was retelling.
